Coffee:
All coffee orders are roast-to-order and hand-packed for maximum freshness. Orders for whole bean coffee are shipped on the same day of roasting, while ground coffee orders are shipped the day after roasting.
Please allow 1-3 business days for our roasters to prepare and ship your coffee. Once shipped, the delivery time may vary depending on your location and is estimated to take an additional 3 business days via standard ground shipping by USPS. Rest assured, all coffee orders come with tracking information that we promptly update for your convenience. You will receive an automatic notification from our store when your order is shipped.
Apparel & Accessories:
For apparel and accessories, it usually takes 3–4 days to fulfill an order before it is shipped out.
Shipping times : USA: 3–4 business days
Tea:
Tea orders ship within 1 – 5 working days USA. Black bag (international) teas delivery time may vary 5 - 10 business days.

Shipping Fees:
1. Coffee: We charge $4.50 for the first bag ordered, and $1.25 for each additional bag in a given order. This means, for example, if you had a 3 bag order from your customer. You would pay $4.50 + $1.25 + $1.25 for a total of $7 in shipping. The larger a customers order, the more you save!
2. Tea: typically weight charges are as such .. 50-100 gm ($ 3.50 - $3.60) 200 - 250 gm ($5- $5.80 ) Please note that this fee is applicable to tea orders due to its international shipment from our facility. US tariffs may impose more fees.
3. Apparel & Accessories: Shipping cost ranges from $4.69 - $8.50 USD . Relish the freedom of not worrying about shipping costs when shopping for our stylish products.
United Kingdom & Canada shipping rates/times vary. Tracking information can be viewed at check out. UK & Canada shipping rates range from $3 - $18 which can be viewed before final sale.

While we strive to deliver all packages within the specified time frame, please understand that delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions, incorrect address information, or carrier-related issues. In such cases, we will make every effort to assist our customers with reshipments, claims, or lost packages.
