Apparel & Accessories Return Policy:

Eligibility for Returns:

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
  • The return request must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Products eligible for return include defective items or items for which the customer has remorse.
  • Refunds are only offered for wrong or damaged items.

Misprinted/Damaged/Defective Items:

Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receipt.
For lost-in-transit packages, claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
Claims deemed our error are covered at our expense.


Restocking Fee: There is no restocking fee.


Return Labels: You can download and print the return label provided by our customer support team. This return shipping label will be free of charge.


Return Process:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer support team at within 30 days of receiving the product, and specify the reason for the return (defective or customer remorse).
  • If the return is eligible, our customer support team will provide you with a return authorization and the appropriate return label (if applicable).
  • Carefully package the item in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
  • Attach the return label (if provided) to the package or write the return address on the package.
  • Drop off the package at your nearest shipping carrier or post office.


Return shipping fee:

No cost when the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way. In these cases we can send a returns label or offer a refund on your return cost.

But when the customer purchased the wrong color or size or they no longer want the item, in this case, customers are responsible for the actual cost of return shipping.


Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

  • Tea & Coffee : Tea & Coffee is perishable product and cannot be returned.
  • Sealed Goods: We do not accept returns of sealed goods, such as face masks, for health and hygiene reasons.



Refund Process:
Once we receive your return and verify its eligibility, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider's policies.
